Stormwater Contractor Estimator/Project Manager Busy Service, Inc.

Duties: - Estimating process for storm water management and small utility projects - Review plans, specifications and contract documents to determine project requirements - Prepare take-offs and quantity surveys for materials, labor, and equipment - Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers - Manage various crews providing scheduling, guidance and support - Provide site visits to gather information for accurate estimates and achievability - Prepare and present cost estimates to clients -Maintain vehicle/equipment logs to ensure service and repairs are routinely completed Experience: - Experience in management preferred - Proficient computer skills (Word, excel, QuickBooks, etc.) - Mathematical skills - Attention to detail - Communication and negotiation skills (bilingual a plus)
