We are a locally owned automotive repair shop seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our organization and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organizational and administrative skills while focusing on team collaboration. Duties include: - Assist with answering and directing phone calls from clients and vendors - Greet and assist customers at the front desk with professionalism and courtesy - Assist with scheduling and work planning - Learn to write service repair cost estimates, coordinate with technicians and clients - Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger - Coordinate projects, planning and providing administrative support - Organize and maintain office filing systems Qualifications: -Dedication to providing exceptional customer service -Strong organizational and clerical skills - High level of accuracy and attention to detail - Excellent computer literacy skills - Strong communicator, both verbally and written, with the ability to develop and maintain customer relationships - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team - Automotive knowledge preferred – not required Benefits include: • Paid Time Off • Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance • 401(k) Retirement Plan • Paid Holidays Schedule: Monday - Friday
