Position: Dispatcher/Service Coordinator
Location: Montgomery County, MD
Type: Full-Time
Pay: $45,000 - $65,000 per year
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $3,000 for the right candidate

What You'll Do:

• Manage dispatching and service coordination for our HVAC Service Department.
• Handle general billing processes efficiently and accurately.
• Provide a top-notch customer experience for both internal and external customers.
• Maintain a positive attitude and work effectively in a team environment.

What We're Looking For:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in dispatching, service coordination, and general billing processes.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and a highly positive attitude.
