Position Overview:
We are currently seeking experienced and skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidates will have extensive knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment and a proven track record in the field. This role involves servicing and maintaining a range of commercial systems, and you will be working primarily in the DC Metropolitan Area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop package units, split systems, VAV boxes, specialized computer room equipment, chillers, and boilers.
• Work on systems up to 40 tons with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Utilize and troubleshoot controls systems; experience with specialized control systems is a plus.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
• Maintain and manage assigned company truck and tools.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• Proven experience with rooftop package units, split systems, VAV boxes, chillers, and boilers.
• Proficiency with controls and specialized computer room equipment is highly desirable.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
