Position: Commercial Service Billing Specialist (Part Time)
Location: Gaithersburg, MD
Hours: 24 hours per week (Flexible Schedule)
Pay: $25 - $30 per hour (Wage commensurate with experience)

HVAC Precision Services, a leading commercial HVAC contractor, is on the lookout for an experienced Commercial Service Billing Specialist to join our Service Department. This part-time position is ideal for individuals seeking flexibility, including working parents, with the potential to transition to a hybrid and/or full time role in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle billing and invoicing for commercial HVAC services.
• Work with customers to facilitate payment of past due bills.
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in billing processes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of commercial HVAC billing experience.
• Experience with BuildOps software is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
